We had our meal at the restaurant. Whilst the ambience was pleasant enough, I got the distinct feeling this business is more geared to home delivery. The food was generally tasty and generous. The onion Bhaji I had as an appetiser was wonderful, and a sample of the other appetisers indicated they were all tasty and authentic. The staff (on this night just one person) was friendly and helpful. Though we all suspect that he nipped out during food service to make a home delivery! The food, when we got it was tasty and everyone in the party was happy with their choice. We ordered Queema (Keema?) naan but were told they had only had one order of it in 12 months and so didn't have the ingredients. My prawn dish was tasty but they had used small frozen ship as the protein instead of fresh prawns. In hindsight I should have stuck to lamb, beef, or chicken. This is a Pakistani/Indian Halal restaurant so they have beef menu items. All told a pleasant dining experience from a little country cafe that serves nice food but is not a 'dining experience'. The bill for the table of 5 did not require you to remortgage the house. It was VERY affordable.
