We used Modus for our kitchen renovation with the addition of a butlers pantry. We were very happy with the work ethic of all the trades who came to do the work and the project was completed within a good time frame. Lee who managed the project was very responsive to all our queries and concerns and came multiple times to check on the progress and completion of the work. This is the second time we have used Modus for a job and we would strongly consider using them again for any future renovation projects. Very happy with our new kitchen!

We used Modus recently for a bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation. They had great vision and patience to maximise the space we had to work with and create a truly outstanding change. Josh was a fantastic project manager - coordinating all the trades to get the work done in a 3 week time frame. All the tradies on the job were excellent - neat, tidy and were happy to make ad hoc changes as a better option for something was identified. We ended up loving the floor tiles so much we did a variation to contract and added the passageway! On time, on budget and a fabulous result - can't ask for much better!
Whilst the work undertaken on our home was small (painting, plastering etc) in comparison to much of the work handled by Modus, it was completed to a very high standard by very professional and reliable tradesmen. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We had three internal load bearing wall removed. We chose Modus due to timely communication, great customer service, reputation on delivering on promises, and competitive pricing. Despite some challenges along the way, Lee handled all our queries and additional ceiling workload to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee and the team at Modus. All the contractors that worked on our project were all extremely polite, clean and tidy We are extremely pleased with the finished result.
All the team at Modus Property are fantastic!! I needed an urgent ceiling repair to my kitchen and within two days I had a quote with all the options explained to me. Once decided on what I wanted, the job was done within a week. This included the removal and replacement of my old ceiling and ceiling insulation, electrical work and painting. Very pleased and satisfied with all the work that was carried out.
