Awful service!! GO ELSEWHERE!! I reached out online about a phased build and after a few days I received a response which was rude and dismissive. I responded with another query and received another rude and dismissive response from a different staff member!! Bad business, go elsewhere and dont bother with them. If I could give a minus star score I would.

Modscape made the process so easy and nothing was too difficult for Jan and his team. So calm even when the unexpected happened, we couldn't be happier with the result. If you just can't wait for 12-18 months for your new home Modscape is the answer! Seven years on and we are still so happy we made the decision to go with Jan and the Modscape team.
Based on an initial pricing estimate we spent 6,500 on a concept design with Modscape. The pricing that came with the concept was 30% higher than the upper end of the initial estimate. And they ignored all our requirements. We were fooled as the initial person we dealt with claimed to be an architect. We subsequently found out they have no architects and no design skills. If you just want some boxes dropped as it suits them, and you can live with underquoting, then perhaps they are fine for you. It wasn't for us. In hindsight it was a waste of time and money, but we where happy to cut our losses at the 6,500. ------- Interesting response from Modscape, although not surprising based on our experience. I have uploaded some images of the concept design by way of proof that we really did spend 6,600 (to be precise, plus another 3,000 on the site survey) for zero value in return.
Absolutely sublime services, I wouldn't go anywhere else. the staff were extremely friendly and i am satisfied with my home, which i struggled to pick from the huge list of alluring designs (although some may have been a little obscure). Thanks to Rob and Kumar for the cheeky 50% discount it was very kind of you. One problem though, it kinda burnt down the other night but i was happy while it lasted :)

Build great stuff
Exceptionally happy with the process and product. Worked closely with Jan and Prue who have created a very special place for our family. Very insightful in relation to use of space internally and to access to views from our site. 2012 build and holding up very well after 5 years.
