Worst experience I have ever got. I ordered a huge custom frame. The quality is poor and one of the edges is damaged. The service was unacceptable. The delivery man was unwilling to deliver the frame to our door (even there is a lift) and asked me to go downstairs to collect it and signed for him. And when I opened the parcel at home, I found a notice stating that once if I signed, MAF is no longer liable for any damage, which means that I spent more than 100 dollars buying a broken frame and I could not get any refund or exchange.
