Phoned reception and booked service for a adjustable bed the service man arrived and said his paperwork said it was a mobility scooter service he was booked to carry out when I booked the bed serviced they told me they already had a job in Margate and we are in Redcliffe so I worked in with that booking the service man was on site for no more than 5 minutes and 2 minutes of that time he was talking to his boss about the mistake Yet his boss still made him charge me 85.00 dollars although he did nothing So watch out for this lot deception bay mobility and you
