Son damaged his Iphone SE screen and after three quotes not only were Mobile Essential very competitive in price they were also able to fix same day within the hour . Man who served me was also very friendly and provided great customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Cheap products and poor customer service I bought a screen protector from their store in fountain Gate. The staff placed a faulty and cracked one. I returned back to them within minutes. They refused to even talk about it. I found them so rude and Dodgy with their faulty products. Never recommended

Brought my Nokia 7 plus with broken charging port, they warned that the screen could break if they tried to fix it. I stupidly accepted the risk. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! Phone came back with damaged screen, they said it was "water damage" and maybe I just "hadn't noticed it before." There are heaps of other phone repair shops in Fountain Gate, you're better off trying them.

I dont usually trust repair shops since i had pretty bad experience on fixing my broken phone previously. However since apple refused to warranty my broken iphone i had no choice but to go to a third party repairer. The staff at mobile essentials fountain gate was great on helping me understand what the situation is and what would be replaced/repaired to return my broken phone into working condition. All he needed was 30 mins, went for quick lunch and done by the time i got back. Been using it for almost a month now and no issues. Great experience on the repair job. Thank you

DO NOT RECCOMEMD after I got my phone that had a broken screen but worked fine “fixed” here I started having multitouch issues the iPhone which was retail value 700 dollars became useless, took it back to the store saw the lady scratch it with her fingertip as she was wiping it clean (tiny mind you was about 3mm long and a hairlines width) then proceed to tell me that it was out of warranty because I could have dropped it. Not even a refund for the initial amount and no offering to attempt to fix it. She knew she had broken it beyond measure.
