I have nothing but praise for this company and its workers. From the initial visit to discuss the possibility of having solar panels fitted right up to the work being done the standard was exceptional. The initial interview was done in a very friendly and efficient way with no pressure put on us. The work done fitting the panels was gold standard, the workers were friendly and kept us up to date on what was happening during the fitting and they left the whole place spotlessly clean. The further follow up by Paula was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending MLEC to any of my friends.

We have lived in our home for about 17 years and in that time, we have had many different types of sales reps pitching their products to us. We weren't even interested in solar panels at the time. There was something about Brendan's pleasant nature that we thought - lets give this young bloke a go. It was when he ran the numbers past us that we realised we could actually afford solar panels and that they were a great investment going forward. The installation blokes were equally pleasant to work with.
It was a pleasure to met Heather, such a well spoken young lady. Heather came over to my house to talk about everything Solar & MLEC Group had to offer, Heather knows her stuff meaning she knew & answer everything I throw at her. She had all the answer which was pretty amazing, one awesome thing about Heather is that she didn't sound like a car sale-man which I hate. She didn't run down any other companies, she was relaxed which made me feel comfortable around her. Thank you Heather, she deserve a pay raise.
Very good at what they do, first appointment there when they said. Same for installation. No fuss, informed us what was going on. Great product, advice & service.

We purchased a new solar system through the MLEC group. One of there sales representatives "Brendan" called over and explained the benefits of the new system and arranged installation for us, very friendly and helpful guy. Installation was carried out on a hot summers day ahead of time and completed on the day. Brendan has been in contact with us yo make sure all is as should be, thanks for your professional help.
MLEC was a great company to work with, there institution guy's were on time and cleaned up after themselves, not there fault that our new meter box wasn't installed on time, a little miss communication on final commission of inverter but overall very well done happy with results, Mark and Kathryn
