I would like to give a big shout out to John and Di from The Electronic Fix. I have been using their service for a couple of years now and can't fault them on anything. John is an expert in his field and has been able to solve all my electronic problems, whether it be on my laptop or computer. A very honest and trustworthy man with outstanding professionalism. Di on reception is friendly and goes out of her way for her customers and always has a smile on her face. I strongly recommend this business if you are looking for good quality service, expertise and value for money.

Had to have my old laptop repaired for work and they were able to do a same day turn around. Price was about what I'd expect for a screen replacement. Computer is finally working again.
My 2012 Macbook pro would not charge. I took it to an Apple certified repairer and the verdict was "it is a vintage model, the logic board is dead and it cant be fixed" I was not willing to leave it at that and found The Electronic Fix online and brought it in to John to have a look at. John is your true electronic repair man and he went about diagnosing the issue with the logic board and has fixed it. Yes I am impressed and can highly recommend the service. It is rare in today's throw away society to find a true professional that will take the time. Thank you for fixing my Mac and unfortunately John you will be my go to person in the future for my other machines.

I had my laptop screen replaced and it was done the same day, no fuss. It was a pleasure to get good service which and to be delivered what was promised.
John has just resuscitated my dead (relatively new) iMac which needed a new hard drive. He persevered to find the problem, fixed it and restored my data from my backup (all while I was out of town). The office location is convenient with parking, service was very prompt and courteous with good communication re diagnosis and quote to repair. Basically he saved a potential disaster, and even helped to dispatch me (with fixed computer) in the middle of a storm. Thank you John and Di.
Small business that supports IT needs for local businesses and home users. They prioritise work on computers. They were unable to help with a faulty Nintendo Switch but were quite honest about it. If I had a PC that needs fixing I'd be happy to go to these guys.
