Although relatively new to supplying the far NSW South Coast, Supagas and in particular the team within the Canberra Branch's service and care for their customers second to none. Regularly, when dealing with a company of Supagas's size, small business owners such as ourselves, find were just another number. That is not the case with Supagas. We speak to Simon (Branch Manager) at least once a fortnight who is always professional and friendly. Michael, our sales Rep stops in on his regular trips past. He answers our customers questions, deals with any issues that arise and is generally our 'go to' as he is so efficient and easy to deal with. We even receive calls from Steve, our delivery driver to check in and ensure we don't need anything on his next trip past. Unheard of with our previous supplier. Clearly, there is a great customer service culture within the Canberra Branch. The team at Supagas Canberra go above and beyond for their customers. The LPG pricing is good and we FINALLY have a provider we can rely on. Really, what more could you as for?
