By far the worst Subway store in Canberra (and that's saying something if you've ever been to the Fyshwick Subway). I ordered a Veggie Delight and was then asked if I wanted bacon on it. When I asked for salt and pepper, the staff member went to put sauce on it. The staff here really struggle to understand English and this is a significant problem for both the customers and staff alike. When I went to pay for the Subway I was charged 13.80. I queried this extortionate price, as this is what I pay at every other Subway I've been too if I also include a drink and cookies. The staff member informed me that it was because I had avocado put on my Veggie Delight. Every other Subway I've been to in Canberra does not charge extra for avocado. This Subway seems to believe that they can charge almost 5.00 extra for avocado. Terrible customer service at this store and ripping off their customers and using faux excuses to try and justify their price gouging. Steer clear and find another Subway store - even if it means a longer drive.
