I've been a customer of Storage King Mitchell for about 3 years, in that time I've had 3 price increases and have just recently been charged a 20 late fee 12 hours after being sent the actual invoice to pay. The manager, Raymond, was contacted and wouldn't budge on the waiver or any sort of credit, petty af. Much better cheaper options just down the road See: National Storage and The Lock Up UPDATE: still no correspondence from the manager, they just reply to reviews to make it look like they care

Ths facilitie is nowhere as clean as the previous owners once had it. It seems like all the storage king store have been hit with the I don't care stick? You can only blame upper management for the lack of cleanliness in these places. You won't find a Kennards Self Storage in this state.
Constant price increases and abysmal customer service. Don't bother.
Simple storage that seems to be a little cheaper than other places.
Good to deal with and reasonable in their rates. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Units are clean and the place is tidy and well run. They have my vote.
Fantastic experience with Storage King Mitchell. Staff were friendly, helpful and well informed on all matters storage. Any questions I had, they had the answer! Storage facility itself was clean and appears well protected from environmental elements. Would use again :)
Staff are great to deal with and work hard to keep the facility clean and pest free. Complimentary truck hire also saved a lot of hassle. Highly recommended.
Jordan has helped immensely during the time we rented a storage box here. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone who needs storage. All the staff are friendly and are top class professionals here. Cheers guys
