LOVE LOVE LOVE - The best escape rooms I have ever come across. We had so much fun! Great use of technology and really well thought out rooms! Would highly recommend!! These rooms will keep you on your toes! :-) We will be back!!!

I played all of the games at Riddle Room, and its hard to say which was my favourite. They were all fantastic, well-timed, great puzzles, immersive story, clever use of space and engineering, and generally really fun! I've played over 150 escape rooms, and these ones were absolutely brilliant. I definitely recommend!!
Context I went to this place as my fourth Escape Room. This one was booked by a friend of a friend who hadn’t done one previously and may not have asked for (or been provided/given) appropriate guidance/help. Venue Plenty of parking right at the venue. Quick check in and payment The Room/experience We were booked into the “Nightmare” room which was simply not appropriate for the first timers... The room was ridiculously hard (and as a 4 of 50 in age, 2 of whom had NEVER done an Escape Room before) the apparent obsession with the use of small padlocks in very low light (with torches provided only after 10 minutes of asking for them) rather than actual “riddles”/clues really ruined the experience. Actual “Riddle solving” was wholly missing from the experience. Based on my personal experience I would NOT recommend this place. Staff The staff member we dealt with was very nice but had clearly heard “the padlock numbers are impossible to see” feedback multiple times. The venue should address this once and for all... Advice Ask which room you should do when booking but was really not for the visually challenged! The staff should also actively validate and recommend rooms for customers experience (and vintage!)!
We rocked up 30mins late due to car problems and they still allowed us the full hour of the nightmare room. It just meant no wrap up - they were very accommodating and even though we were frazzled we still enjoyed the escape room experience. Thanks team for the fun
This is an escape room experience. Be prepared to be fully engaged in deciphering riddles and puzzles in wonderfully created themed rooms. Staff like Simon and Erin are very attentive and explain the introductions well. Great for all peeps from mid teens and up. They could replace the batteries in certain more frequently. A very fun and entertaining experience. Highly recommended!
Loved our first experience at the Riddle Room. Meg was a brilliant host, we loved both her professionalism, enthusiasm and happy go lucky nature.

I came with a group of people in their late twenties and my partners mother for my partners birthday this weekend. We were all first timers with zero knowledge of escape rooms. After doing some research, I booked us all in to do “the hotel”. We had Meg walk us through the rules and what to expect in the room, without giving anything away of course, and helping us with clues along the way. She was really helpful and super encouraging, the girl working reception was also very sweet. Well done on your staffing choices riddle room! The room was a blast, blew all of our expectations out of the water. Everyone enjoyed it, easily a 10/10 experience and all of us agreed we will be back again as soon as we can. Adrenaline pumping, mind bending journey through an abundance of puzzles. You will not be disappointed!
