Freeman accepted a very last minute booking request after another end of lease cleaning team cancelled. It was a blessing in disguise! Freeman and his team were thorough with impeccable detail. Reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend!!

Freeman and his team did an awesome job for an end of lease apartment clean. Was one of the cheaper quotes I received and the job was done amazingly well. Lots of scuff marks were able to be removed, grout brought back to life, carpet done really well. Couldn't recommend highly enough
Privilege Cleaning has just completed an end-of-lease clean at my daughter’s apartment. The previous tenant left it in a messy and dirty state. I was worried because a new tenant was due in only two days. Privilege Cleaning did an excellent job for me at short notice. Very professional job, completed on time and ready for the new tenant. I highly recommend them.

I actually couldn’t fault them at all, every week their high cleaning standard is the same and our home and medical practice looks beautiful.
After having another company cancel on me last minute I found Privilege cleaning, Lilly & cleaning team were great! Asked them to come to do an End of Lease clean on such short notice and they managed to fit me in. Cleaning was immaculate, Lilly's professionalism and quick responses is highly commendable. A bit of an accident where one of the cleaners had broken a shower shelf but they were quick to reimburse for the new shelf. Highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again :-)
From enquiry, Lily was very attentive and responsive. Then the cleaning part, her husband, Freeman was friendly and professional. The team has gone above and beyond. They are very understanding and willing to work with others. The place is now sparkling, ready for final inspection. Super satisfied!

I chose Privilege Cleaning the second time round, as we were very unhappy with a job by a *different* service for our new large house (and we weren't confident the issues could be resolved which also involved some chemical damage). So I chose Privilege Cleaning to take over because their testimonials looked fabulous and for good reason. Lilly was extremely accommodating and we were very happy with the job done by their team. Our house felt much fresher and Freeman ensured attention to fine detail which was such a welcome surprise. It has been such a stressful time; it was a relief to be able to trust Privilege Cleaning with our home so much so that we also hired their services for an end of lease clean as well and our real estate was impressed and will add them to their service list.
