**OTG eventually provided refund, and said they would review their website setup to make it more clear. I required a refund for an order I made today as a result of them advertising the fact that there was a 2 week lead time option for delivery. I have now, after the purchase learnt this is not the case, with a 5-7 week lead time. I included within the order a note stating I wish to have the 2 week expedited shipping option - the order does not meet my clearly stipulated expectations as a result of not only their advertising but also the fact that I clearly articulated that I wanted the fast shipping option when I ordered as a note. This is not a change of mind - this is a case of a consumer being mislead and then illegally denied a refund even though a clear expectation and request was communicated. Within less than an hour of the order I requested a refund immediately after being told that they no longer offer the advertised shipping option. Refund still denied. Contacting the ACCC

The whole process of customising was awesome and fluid, I like how it saves designs automatically incase you need to order more. Turnaround was pretty quick, and the design came out great. Remember to order the right size or even the size up if you if you order an ActivTek-Tee it's pretty tight if you just order the right size. Also, keep an eye on the text you use when confirming the order. E.g: If your text is Italicized, bold, and outlined etc. Some of the colours I used were a bit more washed out in person than what it was online. The stock pattern I used also looked great online, but scaled down in real life. So, a bit disappointing, but not the end of the world.
I ordered 3 custom Christmas shirts. 3 arrived relatively quickly, but 1 was the wrong size etc. Instead of a youth 10 I received a ladies 10. I have now spent 1 month chasing up the youth 10 and been told lies. It was supposed to have shipped almost 2 weeks ago. I asked almost a week ago for tracking. Now I am getting radio silence. Not a single reply to any of my emails. No answer on the phones, even if you leave a message, no one contacts you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND I WILL ADVISE KMART TO DO THE SAME.
Had to give 1 star to post this review. Would rather give this company ZERO STARS. Placed an order for Christmas over a month ago. Haven't received it and trying to find out where my order is has been impossible as no one will reply to my emails or answer the phone! I would like my money back but can't get in touch with the company to even arrange that. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional company regardless what others have said. Definitely would not recommend this company.
Able to match my orders and demands very nicely. Got the Jerseys, very nice quality and overall i may order from them again in the future. However there were issues with their website which required me to send in my design through text (for some reason the website did not allow me to save or finalize my Jersey design). Emails were helpful, people were helpful. Would definitely reccomend!
We ordered it company uniforms as well as our companies social basketball teams jerseys. The website was straight forward to use. Delivery was quick and we were very happy with the quality colour and print clarity. Thanks OTG
Very sad experience, the process to take your money is quick however they got my order incorrect and my God there is no point sending emails and submitting requests, because it’s a dead line, 5 attempts and nothing (this is through multiple people as well not just a general email) They were great to work with a few months ago but they have definitely drop their standards, I’ve given them a good review before and went for a second order and it’s like a different company. They may be cheaper than the average online store but honestly go and pay a little more somewhere else it’s less of a headache. This process has lasted 4 -5 weeks and I’m leaving this review as a final attempt.
