After being told by a larger motorbike store in Fyshwick that the bike I wanted wasn't sold or serviced in Canberra and being shown bikes I didn't want, we did a quick google and found this place. They were able to get me the bike I wanted, in the colour I wanted. They were nice, transparent and made everything so easy. We're very happy with everything, from start to finish.

Awesome people great service plenty of parts and l got a fantastic deal. Would l shop there again you bet your smiling face l will. I travelled four hours and I'd do it all again and they ship out gear asap. So its a big from me. Try them you won't be disappointed.
Had my first really serious near death experience on a used KLR650 that I bought here...brakes were metal on metal after only 600kms, so I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything here. Lazy non rider, doesn't really have any real experience in or empathy for what we do on the road and on the trails.
Unfortunately I haven't had good experiences here. When ordering parts I've had to follow up to ensure they were ordered (generally they don't get ordered after my initial call), and the work is pretty basic.

I got my Bolwell scooter serviced a few months ago and they owner got one of his apprentice to do the job, which is fine. When I asked for the feedback, he basically said the apprentice didn't say anything to him. So what am I paying for and how reliable is the service then?
