Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They displayed obvious expertise and experience. Explanations as to what work was required for each of my two laptops was given in layman's language that was easy to follow. Work was completed promptly, invoicing was detailed and professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again, nor to recommend them to friends and colleagues.
Waiting for parts, so I'm reserving my opinion in the hope that parts arrive sooner that later. Parts came and laptop repaired at a reasonable price, with additional comment on another possible looming issue down the track. Thank you!
