Built my first home with Matt from Goldruby. Had a great experience. Quality build with no issues. Got great service with fixing little matinenance type things long after completion. Built another house with a different builder (unfortunately Matt did not have land available in the area we were after): nothing short of a nightmare which continues to date. Ended up having to call Matt to get help with fixing issues. He has been a great support in getting things rectified. A genuine human being, unlike majority of the Canberra builders.

This is my second home with Matt which is in Taylor and I love it. I'm very happy with the quality of workmanship and finish and how easy the process was. The home was finished before the allotted time frame of six months which included the Christmas break, and there were no unexpected costs. Matt is professional, experienced, honest, flexible and you always deal directly with the builder. I loved the personal touch because I felt like a valued client and I consider Matt a friend.
