Arrived on time after phone call to advise. Brendan very professional explaining work to complete. Clean job was prepared with required part for Oven repair. We have used company before highly recommend.
Phil and Charlie were both excellent - very polite, friendly and helpful. Their work was very professional and they left everything spotlessly clean.
Stuart from Electrical Services was absolutely unprofessional and non responsive to phone calls and emails. Three follow up emails, half dozen phone calls and request to provide pictures of the installation of appliance was finally declined. It was very disappointing to face their poor quality customer service after hearing good feedback online. I experienced totally opposite service standard which was very poot. Please be mindful they don't give out mobile numbers and are not transparent in their business dealings. I wont be using this service.
Had a cooktop replaced under warranty. Service was very good. They tried to fix the faulty electronics initially but the part ordered didn’t do the job and the replacement part,then sent wasn’t the correct one so they asked the company for a new cooktop. Can’t fault that! Very happy.
Turned up very quickly; friendly and easy to talk to. Resolved issue in timely manner and a fair price. Very happy and will use again.
