Horrible, extremely rude customer service.. Beware you will be treated like a second class citizen here, not sure if it is because of my race or not but the experience I had there is the worst I have ever encountered in Australia. Or maybe they just care about the money. Either way avoid the mature lady named started with P is in particular, if you really have to have your car service with Toyota, Belconnen is a much better and more civilised place. Needless to say my next car will never be a Toyota because of this. My experience was at O'Briene Place location, not in Mitchell as they have moved there but Google map hasn't updated yet
