Ray went above and beyond to help me fix up my teardrop caravan so that I had a workable payload, properly repaired and adjusted brakes and some other modifications. He towed it to different workshops, got new plates made and acted more like a friend who cared than a mere provider of services. I consider myself really lucky to have had him recommended to me and feel really safe towing my teardrop now.
