Very helpful over the phone in diagnosing the problem with the electricals in my car and providing a quote. As it was a small job, they fitted me in that afternoon and only charged me a nominal amount for replacing the blown fuses. I certainly recommend Bates Automotive and will call on their service again in future. Thank you, Stephen :)

Got a quote for a rhs drive shaft from Audi at 1800, these blokes did left and right for 1100. Car runs like a dream. They were both nice and chatty while interacting for payment etc. Can definitely see why they've got the 5 stars.

This is a great Automotive buisness and i have and will continue to recommend him to everyone. I find him to be honest and kind and will explain and help. He wont screw you over so ladies, if you are looking for someone, i literally travel from Sydney to him for my services, thats how much i value this business.
