Tynans Mercedes service department have a lot of improving to do when it comes to communication and integrity. My car went in for a general service and they called me and said my brakes need replacing, I felt this a bit odd as I checked my pads recently after washing my car. I told them to leave them alone and just do the service. When I paid for the service I had a look again at my pads and they were half worn, I went inside and spoke with one of the service personnel and he came out to inspect the brakes and said they were fine and didn't need replacing he said to me that the mechanic on the car must of made a mistake. Would of been an expensive mistake if I gave them the go ahead, I just put it down to Tynans replacing parts on vehicle to increase financial turnover. I don't trust them and certainly not taking my car back to them again. THIEVES

I had been to Tynan service centre twice and I had awful experience with their service. That was just before COVID. I can’t understand how they keep missing the screws every time. Service manager wasn’t helpful, the car stayed with them for long time just to fix minor issue and after that, not all the issue has been fixed and the services manager called me to picked up the car when it wasn’t ready and without checking with the service advisor to make sure it’s ready despite that I informed them that I live two hours away. Plus their receipt was showing that everything was done but at the time of collecting the car, I noticed that and I asked the guy at the collection to sign on the items, that are mentioned on the receipt as they were completed and working, as not working. Even though that I tried to contact/email the advisor several times to inform her about this after I collect the car but I could not get hold of her. Anyway, I don’t recommend their service centre at all.
