Food was good but horrendous wait time as usual. Ordered online 20 minutes in advance in hopes of getting my food on time during my work break, but apparently this still want good enough, getting my food 15 minutes after the given Pickup time and wasting my whole break as I watched people ordering well after me getting their food first.

What happened guys? You use to have the best chips and chicken. Today the chips were so soggy. It’s like you cook them then store them in a sealed container before you serve them. Just not appetising at all. Further, the chicken was pitiful. I didn’t even get a full schnitzel. Moreover, the girl who served us needs to listen. When I ask to add on a drink, I do expect it to be added on. I know “times are tough” but if you’re still going to charge the same prices, you should continue with same service and quality.
I love their sweet potato chips (mildly sweet and salty) and the giner lemon kombucha, even though I dont like ginger in general. They thankfully have a lot of crumb options! they was the best , very far from it now days i just got a schnitzel and chips box the piece of chicken was so small i felt so ripped off i have had the before it had 1/3 missing ok to put on burger but as a meal???
On the expensive side but delicious wraps and chips!
First visit - it was a pleasant surprise. Fresh salad, lovely sweet potato chips and juicy crisp schnitzel. Reasonable prices too.

Stay away from the Miranda place. Not sure how they are in business with such poor customer service, burnt and tasteless food. Ordered 2 items, we were called that 1 is out of stock (although it was available in the app), told them to send 2 of the same item that is in stock.We receive only 1 and no even the one we've asked for. I thought this is a bad joke, but not very well taken. When tried to eat what we got, the schnitzel was burned. We asked no mayo in the notes, it had extra mayo everywhere. The chips were sogged and not even the ones we ordered. Must have been left by some other customer because they were cold and very weird looking. We ended up in a very sad leaf of salad, full of mayo for 40 Not to mention when asked about it, the guy over the phone was very angry on how do I dare to ask about it and hang on me.
