Our two boys (pups) Oscar and Felix stayed at HOP for four days and upon pick they were reluctant to come home…LOL… They had an absolute ball with the other guest doggies with Vivi and Frank supervising the whole time. I believe our boys have learnt a great deal, social interaction with the other dogs and makes them prepared for the future outdoor walks and interacting with other dogs especially at parks, etc. They will certainly be residing at HOP in the near future to give us a break..!

Our dog Snowy loved every second of her first, 2week stay at HOP. Vivi and her husband treat every dog as one of their own. Vivi posted daily updates of Snowy and her paw friends. We could not have asked for a better place to look after our little pup. Snowy is already looking forward to meeting her doggie friends again. Would recommend Vivi and her dog sitting business to anyone who needs someone to look after their dog.

I am blown away by Vivi and her care and dedication to all dogs that go to House of Paws but mostly for my pup Paddy. I was so anxious about leaving him but Vivi was so reassuring and sent regular updates and I could see Paddy was living every minute!! Even when I picked him up I could see how much Paddy loved Vivi too (he didn’t want to leave!!). The time and energy put into Paddy’s care is beyond all expectations. I will be telling anyone and everyone about House of Paws and I’m already booking my next weekend away just so Paddy can go back. Thank you so so much

Vivi at House of Paws was amazing! After our meet and greet with Vivi, we felt completely comfortable that our dog, Leticia would be in great hands. Through the regular updates and photos whilst we were away, we could see how much Leticia was enjoying her experience. She was able to go on daily walks, participate in daily activities and also have her much needed rest time! Thank you to Vivi and Frank for the wonderful care they took of our fur baby

House of Paws were absolutely fantastic and we could not recommend them more highly. We have a 3 year old Pug (Pugsley) who was absolutely spoilt with attention, walks, games, etc. Updates were provided through Facebook and Instagram so that we could follow all the fun they were having. We were absolutely impressed with the love, care, and professionalism shown by Vivi and House of Paws. Pugsley cannot wait to return!!

Louie has had the best time at HOP with Vivi for his first pawliday; so much so we had to bring him back for daycare so he could be with her and the other doggies again. Vivi is so invested in the dogs and really knows how to treat them well and engage them. The small group of dogs meant Louie had friends to play with without being overwhelmed and got lots of attention. We also loved seeing the daily updates on FB while we were on holiday so we knew what Louie was getting up to. I would recommend HOP to anyone who not only wanted a carer but someone who can help train them.

Vivi runs the best holiday care I have ever come across. I know that people from all over Sydney bring their pets to stay because she has the highest standard of care. Our groodle went on a hunger strike initially. Vivi organised her favourite food and won her over with affection, activities and attention. The photos and videos of her stay were an absolute highlight and I knew our grood was very happy and engaged during her stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend House of Paws to anyone and will be sure to book in my dog again before confirming my own holiday.

Thank you SO MUCH to House of Paws for Leroy’s amazing pawliday. He had the best time and loved all the attention, walks and play time he had. He might have had a better time than I did! Vivi is so caring towards the dogs who stay with her and works really hard to keep them entertained, relaxed and happy. Her updates and FB page for members meant that I always knew how Leroy was doing and I could see photos of him. The home environment and small number of dogs means attention to detail and top care for your dog. HIGHLY recommend; Leroy can’t wait to return.
