After reading plenty of good reviews we decided to go in and see the team in early September about our options for a screen and projector set up. They were really friendly in store, had so much knowledge and were more than happy to chat with us, talk through the options and organise a site visit to check out the space before sending through a quote. They came to our place that week, completed a site measure and said they would send through a quote with a couple options. After a couple of weeks we followed up as we hadn’t heard anything. We were advised they we’re looking at our quote that day and had some new products to include, this is when they also took our contact details to send the quote. We waited another a couple of weeks and still hadn’t received anything. We followed up again to find out that no quote had been prepared and we weren’t in their quote system. They advised they would chase it up and call us back. It’s been another couple of weeks and we still haven’t received a quote. We’re really disappointed with the follow through on customer service as they really appeared to know their product and in the beginning seemed keen to do the job. Sadly we will looking at alternative suppliers.
I can't rate these guys highly enough. The staff are polite and friendly, knowledgeable and professional, patient and helpful. After ringing around getting prices and suffering through some really average customer experiences it was very refreshing to talk with someone who was polite from the outset. A big thanks to Alex for helping me choose the AVR which would best suit my requirements.

Staff knowledge, 5 stars. Staff polite & professional, 5 stars. Quality of merchandise, 5 stars. Honestly you cannot go wrong. Purchased my first sound system from Miranda back in 2003 and have then gone back and back again for: headphones, amps, home theatre, more headphones, portable dacs, sound advice and accessories/cables. They're always on top of both the latest technologies and traditional setups. From electrostatic to magnetic planar they'll have what you need, and be able to advise you on it from a highly technical view or layman's terms. Easy 5 stars, I'd give more if I could.
