Friendly staff. Great service. But they really need aircon! It gets too hot. I honestly feel sorry for them working in that heat!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Delayed orders is one thing but then without any communication about three delay they removed the deal that got people excited to order with them and had to pay full price (a higher price then other stores). A complete lie and rip off. Will not be using EB Games again and thoroughly recommend heading to JB hi-fi in the same shopping centre where they will ensure you get the best bang for your buck.
Great store and staff. Excellent range of new and pre-owned games.
Much too pricey however it is nice to have a place to buy games for slightly older systems
