I had a problem with a expensive watch of mine so brought it to a well know jewellers in Sunshine Plaza. Was told it would take 6-7 weeks with a cost of 550to totally overhaul the watch. No need to tell you I was in shock. Coastal Clocks and Watches was suggested to me so headed over to Kawana to be blown away by the service I received. Was told to take a seat while they checked the watch. Was told minute hand was slightly out of alignment and second hand was slightly loose as well as a flat battery that was replaces only a few months previously by someone else. Fifteen minutes later received my watch with a total cost of wait for it,35. Now 24 hrs later not lost a second. Thank you Noel and your amazing staff.
