Dhillon and the team at Minuteman Press Parramatta are truly amazing! They delivered an extremely high quality product on time and under budget. Moreover, their professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction is second to none! When there was a minor issue with a quantity of a certain item (not their fault) - they did not even blink to take ownership anyway and corrected the issue immediately - having the requested items couriered to us within hours of identifying the issue! In a time where "Just OK" is becoming standard across many industries, this team is leading and inspiring others to see (and feel) what truly delivering excellence is all about.
