Great staff, always greeted with a smile and a hello. Love the variety of clothing for us curvy woman. Styles of clothing are pretty and nice. Great prices. Lots to choose from. Highly recommend this place to all woman.

I love this particular City Chic shop. My only complaint is the big mouth Indian lady who works at the shop. I’ve had a few run ins with this lady.She’s aggressive rude and loud. I was going to try on some clothes about 4 pieces.So i placed them on a clothes rack near the dressing room, she’s taken upon herself to move the clothes near the cashier.When i asked her why you moved my clothes which I hadn’t tried on, her response is you can come and get it from the front when your ready.After that I walked out of the shop. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this obnoxious person , there’s no way she understands customer service. I have to applaud all the other beautiful ladies who work at this shop they do their absolute best to help as I’m a regular at this shop. I have written to City Chic as I’m uncomfortable because of this lady. Avoid the Indian lady ask for help from everyone else who work there .

Im Sooo happy with the visit to the Minto Outlet store today. After staff at the penrith westfield store were very rude and unhelpful.. We found this factory outlet and These ladies were Super friendly and ready to help anyone look their best self . Thanks for today ladies. It Was great to see my daughter smile .. It was worth the over an hr drive to get great customer service and we will deffinately be back :))
