I was told over the phone to come in for an initial consultation which would cost 66 (which would be waived if I signed up) and only then would I be able to get an estimated cost for the program. The lady on the phone had the audacity to call it a ‘no obligation consultation’, rubbish! The obligation is paying you 66 if I decide not to go with you. I’ll go somewhere where they’re more transparent

I signed up for the online weightloss program with Lifeshape - Lifeshape Online. I am only in my first week but I am beyond impressed with the support I've received so far from 2 of their dietitians and their GP. They customised a meal plan based on my weightloss goals, foods I enjoy and my lifestyle. The GP has given me great insights into my health too. I've never felt so supported by a team of medical professionals and the way the appointments are delivered by Telehealth makes it super easy to keep on track with my appointments. Highly recommend for those looking for a clinical weightloss program!
