I have been dealing with Labanda for around 8 years now. I buy all my parts and supplies from them and they service and repair just about any watch I throw at them. Turnaround times are far better than you will get elsewhere bearing in mind that on many occasions they need to order parts from the maker. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and will go out of their way to assist where possible. Highly recommended.

Amazing service worthy of 6 stars! I went to another place to fix my watch which quoted 170 bucks and these guys sorted it out free of charge as it was just a simple adjustment. Replaced the battery in another watch while I was there and that was only 16 bucks when another place quoted 65! Obviously in the watch industry there are a lot of businesses lacking in ethics but these guys are awesome, honest and highly professional. Won’t be going anywhere else for anything watch related. Thanks heaps!
i have been dealing with labanda for about 3 years, they are amazing i wasent quite sure of the watch movement i wanted but after a few emails we were on the right track, ordered product 1300 hrs wa time and had it delivered next day in the afternoon by toll logistics. so efficient so affordable and a 1st class service , well done to the service staff patrick
