Great place to buy our missing part, 35mm Telescopic Chrome Steel Vacuum Cleaner Rod for our Karcher vacuum. The staff was very helpful. I personally recommend the place to anyone who looks for missing part for their vacuum and they will be more likely to have it rather order online which can be more expensive and have to wait. Plus, it also supports the locals.

The guys (Shaun & Ivan) are simply awesome – kind, knowledgeable and they don’t try to over sell or sell you anything you don’t need. I was only window shopping as it was close to the other stores I was visiting. But guess what, it’s time to get a new Vacuum cleaner and only one place comes to mind and stands out – so heading to Godfreys shortly as I’m sure I would not be disappointed!
Ivan was great. Listened to what I wanted & I'm very happy with my purchase. He didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't need. I recommend them highly. Thanks!

I was skeptical coming because I read some of the negative reviews but glad we did. Chris was such a great help. He talked us through our option with replacing the Vax Vaccum battery or looking at alternative. He didnt push anything on us. He just gave great and helpful advice. We ended up purchasing a new battery as he explained it is a good quality vaccum. Thanks Chris again for your help.
Guys do amazing work. Went in to ask for something small and got given a brand new vacuum head for free. Brilliant customer service and wonderful advice.
Staff are very good 'salespeople' but as with most salespeople it's all about selling the goods and when there is a problem they don't want to loose money and provide a refund. Rather shop at big chains such as Harvey Norman or Bunnings where the items are cheaper and it's quick and easy to exchange goods or get a refund or whatever you desire. However shop here if you want advice on cleaning products and showmanship picking up bowling balls ect. However if you are like me you would rather have value for money and good customer service over product demonstrations and salespeople then I would shop elsewhere. I will not feel bad when small chains go out of business for bigger chains and internet shopping.
