Came for lunch and unfortunately most of the dishes we ordered were a let down. My friends didn't enjoy apart from the double cooked chips which were good. But prawns batter and salmon were rather tasteless. Chickpea salad not enjoyable apart from goat's cheese on top. Flavours didn't go. The staff were amazing can't fault the staff so friendly, but for restaurant quality price meals it was average.

What a perfect third stop on ‘The Cheers Squad’ Swan Valley wine tour last weekend! Fiona, Scotty and the team at Lamont’s made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Scotty will also tell you how it is without a filter, which made our experience all the more memorable. Their DIY wine tasting was unexpected, but thoroughly welcomed, with a great selection of wines on offer. Plus their nibbles platter was delicious (their twice cooked straight cut chips are a MUST). It's 5 stars for Lamont’s and I will definitely be visiting again very soon! Thanks again Fiona, Scotty and team for a fantastic and fun visit.
Make sure you have a glass of White Monster while you’re there. It’s perfect for summer and you can enjoy it in their garden. Had the tempura prawn with green goddess mayo, it was super tasty! If you like dogs, Truffles & Veuve are super friendly!
Have an amazing lunch in the garden. Staff are really friendly and genuinely interested in making sure that we had an enjoyable time. The food was amazing. Will definitely be going back to have the chicken and mushroom pies again. As you can see the scallops look amazing but they tasted even better.
Scott the bartender-owner-ish (is complicated) gave us a warm & surprising welcome. The sliced ham and rocket tomato salad was great. The olives went well with the French bread and wine. When it came to drinks, monster and tawny seems to be favourites. (I don't know much about wine). This Cellar Door also has a cute Cellar Dog named Verb who follows Scott everywhere.
Amazing, amazing food. Top service and exceptional quality of food
so disappointed, we used to love it, went with family and visitors often, but the behavior of Scott behind the tasting bar is unacceptable. swearing and misogynist comments will make us not coming back.
Average food. Average wine. The barrel tables are a joke. The winery prefers to have the good tables empty for 2 hours, than giving them to walk-ins. Not coming back.
