I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt comfortable from the beginning to the end of my laser hair removal appointment. During that time, I asked about skincare treatments and received excellent advice. The staff member's kindness brightened my morning. She even helped me select a foundation shade and applied some to my face. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

Terrible: went in for a teeth whitening, first they told me to get a cleaning and check up from a dentist first and have the whitening right after but they failed to put the appointment into the system so made me come in 10 days later. Then when I came in they said I couldn't have the procedure because my teeth sometimes get sore when I eat Ice Cream which they could easily asked me over the phone or via email. Then the consultant Layla was rude about it implying that it was my fault because I couldn't remember the name of the receptionist. Not worth taking a day off work and spending and hour and a half on the train to say the least. When things like this happen, businesses need to offer compensation in the form of a voucher or something not just say "the receptionist should have asked you" , "bye".
I'm really satisfied and enjoying my treatment. The girls are very nice and helpful.
Honeslty i had the best experience ever. I went to get my full legs and face, i was so scared to get my legs done but the staff were super nice and supportive. All the staff are so friendly. i had the best experience ever

Excellent service and professionalism from the girls at Plenty Valley. In particular Layla who I found was very passionate about her job, loved being there and was really thorough with her work. Highly recommended.
5 stars ONLY because of therapist Leyla - I was ready to give a 1 start review after being seen at Northcote (I'd avoid this clinic - minimum 30 minute waits for scheduled appts, therapy time is doubled because the therapists stop treatment to talk, will talk and laugh immediately after your treatment which feels like a huge invasion of privacy, offer insincere & hasty apologies for wait times) - but transferred to Plenty Valley after a change of circumstances. Leyla was the first therapist I saw - completely attentive, provided a quality service, customer-service oriented and kind. We spoke during the treatment - nope she did not pause the treatment (knows how to multitask). If there was a waiting period she sincerely apologised (sincerity goes a long way!) and for the first time ever at My Skin - I actually felt that I'd be a return customer. If you get treatment here - Layla knows exactly what to do!
