Great Service, Lovely People. When we were buying the car, a lady said that there was no AdBlue but when we purchased the car it did in fact have AdBlue, we don't mind that it had AdBlue in it but maybe some more coaching on the cars would be nice. The only down fall is that when we got our new Ford Endura Trend there was under half a tank of diesel and a little under half way of AdBlue, on the outside of the car there were marks like circular marks that weren't there when we first saw it. The Car Servicing side of Mike Blewitt needs to have a serious talking too, the service they give you is absolutely horrible, they say one thing and then say another thing eg, when we got our car serviced for the very first time we hired a car to get us back to work, well apparently there was no hire car available when a lady on the phone said she had booked us one, we had to take half the day of work because there was no car available. we waited until our car had finished, basically got thrown the keys and said ' You can go now'. I did ask to talk to the Manager about her behaviour but Manager was out to lunch. No phone call. But other then that we love our car and thankyou for your service in the car yards.

Just like to say a big Thankyou ! to the team at Mike Blewitt’s. I had asked they find me a specific make and model of car, at a time and in a market where nothing can really be guaranteed. I knew it would take a bit of time but the boys never gave up and they found exactly what was (better than!) required. Stoked! Greatly exceeded my expectations. Went to dealership to purchase oil filter for xr8 Receptionist advised spare parts person who was on computer obviously dealing with one of their technicians waited at counter for long period of time was never acknowledged by spare parts guy, receptionist sat at desk Infront of me eating twisties customer service non existent walked out pathetic customer service
