Had an amazing camper holiday in Alice Springs/Uluru. It was all that we dreamed of, truly magical, except ... the heater/aircond failed us in extreme hot/cold desert of Uluru. Reported to Julian Mitchell, manager of the Alice Springs branch who ever so promptly communicated with and guided us through an effort to solve the problem. We returned to Alice, Julian had us stay our remaining 2 days in the comforts of a hotel room in Alice, and we were still able to use the vehicle to get us around and enjoy the sights of a quaint town of Alice Springs. Although this slightly diverted from our original travel plan, Julian’s help made our dream holiday just as we hoped for. I highly recommend Mighty Cars and Campers in Alice Springs, and will not tire of telling our friends how Julian Mitchell saved the day.

We had a great experience with Mighty. The campervan we got was in excellent condition and had everything we needed to get straight on the road. It was also very easy to drive, and had a built in system with navigation, bluetooth connection and more. The fridge was surprisingly big and worked great - we even had a couple of icecreams in it. All the staff we were in contact with - at the pick up and drop off (which was in Adelaide) as well as at their on the road assistance helpline were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend, and definitely go with them again.

Good pricing and conveniently located to downtown Alice. The booking was easy and the regular updates were helpful but......our excitement was dampened a little by the grumpy women at reception. Within seconds of arriving she was complaining about the staff leaving the volume up on the tv. A smile and a little conversation wouldn't have gone astray- customer service 101! We realised the camper was well priced but it was definitely showing signs of wear and tear.
