Great service. Chris and Ossie know their appliances and their stock. Very good prices on such amazing quality appliances.

Sometimes they have incredible deals, other times not much at all. Always worth having a look. Staff are friendly however I find it better to visit the store rather than phone/email as a couple of times there's been a miscommunication where I've managed to find what I wanted (or something very similar) instore but not told it was there when I had enquired by email/phone.

I phoned the store this morning looking to buy a Miele Washing Machine as I already own several products. I asked the gentleman what they had in stock and he said I needed to come in and have a look as he didn’t have time to discuss it over the phone. Really

Was able to purchase new vacuum cleaner half retail price. Box was cactus but cleaner inside was perfect. Range is mostly scratch n dent , sometimes very minor damage or damaged packaging with prices significantly reduced. Some stock is top of range. Worth a phone call to check if they have what you are looking for. It was cheaper to buy than to repair. Delighted with our new cleaner. Staff were very friendly and helpful, has good access and parking .

Went to the store yesterday to buy a washing machine that we needed quickly as our old machine had died. Asked one of the salesman ( not Chris ) about the different machines and he knew nothing!!!!! - don’t know his name because he never introduced himself - he gave us some brochures to look at and walked away. We asked what was the difference between the 870 model and 890 model - he could not answer. Anyway after talking to Chris we bought the 890 model and had to organise payment and delivery with the useless salesman. We specifically asked for morning delivery which he confirmed. He said we would get a call by 10-00am in the morning to give us a two hour window. We got the call this morning at around 9-00am to tell us that delivery will be this afternoon between 1-00pm and 3-00pm!!!!!! Not the delivery guys fault as he claims there were no instructions for a morning delivery!! I would not have thought that Miele would risk their reputation by putting a totally incompetent salesman and the front representing them. Should of at least had some training in the product before “attempting” to sell it. I have now lost the whole day of my work and am wondering if I invoice Miele for at least 5 hours that I have lost through poor organising will they pay for it? After all they stuffed up so should not have a problem in refunding me 600-00 for my time!

Excellent service. I recently purchased a washing machine and am reviewing the professionalism and communication of the service provided by Miele. Thank you
