Honestly the most caring, responsive, and knowledgeable vet clinic in town. They truly put animals first, and are more than happy to go above and beyond in care and treatment. No question is too silly or small for them, they're utterly transparent in their whole process, and their level of aftercare is just as impressive and compassionate as their overall care. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and every staff member I've had the pleasure in dealing with is stoked to be there and help in any way they can. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Very disgusted with the advice i received on the phone this morning, i explained that we currently have been looking after some wild/stray kittens and have been looking after them since they were very young so they are not completely wild anymore but still not fully tame like a house cat would be. One of the kittens has hurt its foot and one of the pieces of advice i was given was to put her down simply because shes feral. Putting down a perfectly healthy kitten with a slight injury should have never been suggested as an option. Some compassion needs to be learnt here for animals other than just regular house pets as all animals deserve love and care. Absolutely will never be coming here for any veterinary services again.
We had never been to this vets before we are new to Gero, we booked in for our dogs yearly vaccinations. However before we could get that done 1 of our dogs got suddenly unwell outside of business hours I called the emergancy number and Stacey met me there in less than 20 mins she did not even hesitate she was straight in. Unfortunately our dog passed. I could not believe how amazing Stacey was, so comforting, empathetic and professional even leaving us for a good 15mins in the room to say good bye and have a chat. Then today we recieved a beautiful hand written sympathy card in the post with a glitter paw print of our dog that passed! How amazing was that so thoughtful. Amazing service!
I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else! Easy going people, always willing to help and amazing customer service. Have never had a bad experience here. Would highly recommend any pet owners to bring their fur babies here, you won't regret it.
Just moved up to Geraldton and needed a vet for my old Labrador Charlie who sneakily ate half a cooked chicken. Couldn't have found a more compassionate, professional centre. Thank you to all the staff. It is comforting to find a vet that I can use as my regular vet.
Peter, Ebony and the team would have to be the most competent, dedicated and compassionate people we have dealt with. We could not have wished for better people to take care of Barney. We are a long way from home (travelling in a caravan) and to have found such wonderful people was a blessing. Many thanks to you all.
Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. My fur babies are looked after there and although I hate leaving them when I have to, I still feel confident that they are looked after properly.
