My bf safety glasses got delayed and when i called to check when it would come, the girl called Jessica rudely answered my question with a dont know and dont care attitude without any kindness or empathy, no effort from her to even try to check it up. We paid, we chased, and still got bad customer service, it made me think i wont be coming back to specsavers. When we came personally to the store, Sean was very helpful, he tried to check it with the courier and when he couldn't get through, he offered to post the glasses to my bf mine site which we are very thank for.

A nice store with friendly staff, a huge range of spectacles and they even have like a little photo iPad kind of thing on the wall so you can take a photo and see what you look like when you’re wearing the glasses which I thought was a cool little add on.

Wouldn't recommend. don't be fooled by the friendly floor staff. (I am sure they are doing the best and really are nice people, but your eye health is more important than the friendly service you are getting). the optometrist was so rude to me and when I was asking the question to understand what my prescription for glasses from the ground staff and she was bold enough to come out from her cubical and asked me "whats the problem?" in a very rude manner. And I was almost threatened to take home what I was given and ended up not wearing them after spending 275.00.. there are many other good optometrist than the commercialized eye care businesses. Read google reviews not just about the good service/offers but how attentive is the optometrist on your eye health and find your self a good one

Best store I’ve been to! A very thorough and comprehensive eye test was carried out with some of the latest technology I’ve ever come across. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way throughout my time at Specsavers in Midland Gate! I would totally recommend this store to everyone.

A thorough check performed by the optometrist. Fantastic equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff with a lot of knowledge. Extremely happy with my new multifocal , took me a day to get adjusted to the new pair.

Went with my husband today morning for his new glasses. It was very good service by girl called Sophie. She well attended us and tried to help with all the queries. They were busy yet they offered good service even by the other staff aswell at the desk and for the eye test.

Wouldn't recommend this store to anybody I contacted the store to let them know I was running 5 minutes late only to be told when I arrived that I couldn't do my eye test and would have to book another appointment. I stood in the store for at least 3 minutes before I was even approached by a staff member. Shocking customer service!!!
