The experience we have had at Midland's Plush Sofas store and Chris in particular as a sales person was the best one yet. We have been through a lot of different furniture stores, but the level of service and customer focused care was beyond any expectations once we have met Chris. He was extremely professional and focused on our needs, rather than trying to make a quick sale. It become very obvious once we compared this experience with other stores, in particular Nick Scali (just avoid this shop altogether, enough said). Plush sofas - you blew my mind, and I am more than happy to have made my purchase with you, and I will definitely be back

We bought our new couch from chris at the midland store and we couldn’t have asked for better service. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Will definitely be back again!
I ordered an ottaman staff were pleasant and helpful it took three months to receive it. When I unwrapped it I noticed the side of the ottoman the pattern did not line up. Received a call from customer care saying they couldn't do anything about it and perhaps I could turn it side ways so I didn't have to look at it . And they call that customer service.
I would not purchase a fabric sofa from Plush ever again! After a year we noticed a huge build up of pilling on the surface, when we went into the store to ask if this should be happening, they were shocked. They then gave us a de-pilling machine to try and remove it. After 4 months it was back to looking like a cheap kmart sweater after a few wears. We then rang customer support and they said they would take a look at the photos and get back to us. 1 month later they decided it will not be processed any further and will send a technician out of good will to do a de-pill. When the technician arrived, he was also shocked as to why he was doing a de-pill and why the covers were not being replaced. He then did one cushion cover as it was a waste of his time doing the whole lot and said he would report back to his boss. I then had to follow up 6 weeks later to be told that no they will not be offering me anything further and the de-pill was out of good will. If I had known that the sofa would wear so badly, I would of never purchased it. If you want a sofa that you can sit on daily and the fabric to last, go somewhere else and spend half the money.
Just bought a sofa from Plush in Midland so I haven't received it yet. I sat on just about every sofa in Perth, but Plush was the store to combine what I wanted it to look like as well as comfortable to sit in. Deanna was so helpful and honest. She was quick to follow-up with any questions and genuinely wanted to make sure we made the right choice for our place. Couldn't have asked for more.
New sofa arrived in November 2019 but was damaged in transit during delivery. Warranty claim went in and still waiting for repairs in April 2020. Purchase at your own risk!!
Having just purchased our new suite at Plush Midland was an amazing experience. Jordan was great; allowing us to experience everything in our own time but always close by to give assistance. Once we had made a decision Jordan sent us our quote. We had to add a couple of things to the quote and Chris was absolutely fabulous at helping us out and finalised the quote. Chris walked us through the whole process. Chris was very helpful and a definite asset to Plush
Millie was amazing after i has issues with the delivery guys who taught it was ok to just not deliver my sofa but super millie to the rescue had it at my door that day thanks millie
