My family have been seeing Dr Ross for several years now. We have always found him to be very professional and caring, while providing an exceptional service. Both of my parents had cataract surgery with Dr Ross and they can’t speak highly enough about him. My father was on the border of not being able to drive, now he can see everything. Dr Ross always gives 100% to each of his patients, regardless of his demanding schedule. He is one of the best Eye Surgeons in Perth and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Ross and his Team.

I liked the way Dr Ross explained everything about my condition to me. I felt very reassured that I would receive the best medical care possible from him. He is very well mannered, sincere and extremely competent. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs an Ophthalmologist. His staff were very friendly and helpful.

While Dr Ross is very good and nice to deal with, enduring the 2.5 hours from arrival time to payment is not. I gather that is the norm from what they said. Not really good enough in my opinion. After bringing this to the attention of the Dr I was told to bring a book next time.

I called first thing in the morning to be put on hold for nearly 5 minutes and then being told I couldn't ask any question at that time, she was not there to answer questions. Call later or she will call me back. No matter how good is the doctor with that kind of receptionist I'm not going to see him. Terrible..
