Read This Before Visiting Midland City Nissan. The worst case of overcharging I have ever encountered. I brought my car to Midland City Nissan to have a door lock repaired. This was a simple job and took an hour. They charged 715 for this! The receipt showed 349 for the parts with a labour charge of more than 300 an hour! I thought their had been a billing error and raised this with the Service Department representative; 300 an hour, surely there had been a mistake. The representative just grinned and pointed to my credit card. Fortunately customers have a very large choice about where to get their cars serviced. I will certainly never take any of my cars back to Midland City Nissan. I have reported this instance of overcharging to the WA Government's Consumer Protection. I encourage other customers who have had similar experiences to also report these experiences to Consumer Protection. Google reviews currently show 20 of 118 reviewers awarded Midland City Nissan with the lowest possible rating, so there are a significant proportion of very unsatisfued customers.

Best service in a long time! Its hard to find good, honest, trustworthy people these days especially when purchasing online but Maroth followed up on our general enquiry well outside business hours, then sent many photos including a video of the car, assisted with all the finance process then kindly delivered the car to a trucking depot to have the car delivered to us 2500km away and it was everything we expected with no hidden traps. Thanks for your passion and trust.

The staff representative was excellent. I was disappointed at the supposed detailing as there was still rubbish under seats and the bottle holders needed to be cleaned. A maintenance alert came up suggesting that the car had not been serviced. I was able to reset it but I shouldn’t have had to. I expected more from a leading dealership.
