Ive been looking for red frames for ages as im in need of some new multifocal glasses, i walked past this optometrist and saw a red pair of frames, so i went in to check them out. The woman rushed towards me saying they are closing soon and shoved a tray towards me saying angrily that all frames tried on must be washed, omg she was so rude, i will never go back to this optometrist.

Very friendly staff. However...my prescription is very strong (one eye is \u003e7) and they didn't allow enough 'vertex distance' in my eye test. The test lenses sit further out than actual glasses, and they didn't allow for that (there's a formula). Result: when I want to read my phone, or my car stereo screen, I have to move my specs right to the end of my nose. Not happy
