Great service!!! Used this more than 10 times . Staff is great in the afternoon around 3pmish. Doesn't matter if you order online or in store or order lunch deal ,You will get great food at this place . Best wishes from my side!! You guys great team of young staff .

The 2 guys working their where fantastic, they were swapped with orders which delayed us ordering. They were cheerful and very accommodating. The chicken looked like it was cooked in older oil.
Ordered delivery tonight and they didn’t give the 18 nuggets and dipping sauces. I called the store and spoke to the manager and asked for the rest of my order to be delivered and she said no, I then asked for a refund and she told me point blank to bring back the food and she will give me a refund. Terrible customer service and every single time I have bought from here there is always something missing so thought I would try my luck with delivery. Manager was rude and unapologetic. If you want zero customer service and to be missing half your order then definitely go here

Service was by the manager because the poor kid was obviously a little novice. He was much better than the manager though. Maybe if the manager showed him instead of taking over I would have given 5 stars because the kid had a good attitude, better than the manager.
Never ever had anything like it, under staffed, waited for 15 minutes to order, as a walk in. Front end staff have no idea about customer service. Last two occasions I purchased food there it was over cooked and tough. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave at the rubbish they dish up now. Won't use Midland Store again, its almost as bad as Warrick store..
Quick easy food was served fast no hassles may not always be same experience
