The staff are truly amazing but this brand has been a repeated disappointment. The sizing is a complete mess. Even when you are measured in store by the staff the item will never fit right and you always have to size up and down. I've never received a true to size item. I expect much better given the brands claims. I have bought several sets and although they're very beautiful, I've never received one which did not need to be exchanged. The designes are lovely, the quality is definitely what you pay for, but the sizing is an absolute joke and i will not shop at any of their stores again (I've been to 3 different locations, more than 1 visit). Online delivery is very quick however I've noticed sometimes postage is free over 100 and sometimes it isn't for the same items without any discounts for different customers. My friends and i compare this often and it's never consistent for the same items, total price and post code for delivery. What's with that? I commend the staff, they are great at what they do, but i would not recommend this brand. I would rate this 1 if it's wasn't for the staff but at the end of the day it's the brand I'm rating altogether.

Had the most amazing experience at this store! The staff were so lovely and made my friend and I so comfortable! They had such a great sense of humour and we spent over an hour in the shop giggling and looking at their products! So helpful to find what we were looking for too!
