If you are looking for some place that will be rude to you look no more! I'm the administrator of a deceased estate and a family member of the deceased informed me that this company had done some work for the departed. Therefore, I contacted them for information. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't let me explain myself. She just kept saying "are you a client of ours" and didn't seem to even understand what an administrator was. When I gave her the departed's name, she responded within 3 seconds "we don't have a client by that name" which either means she didn't look or has three clients. I said can you check the address in your system and was half way through giving it to her when she suddenly said "we don't have a client by that name or address" I tried to explain that as the administrator I needed to ask a couple of questions and she responded "well I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know anything about that" I asked to speak to someone else who might know and she came back with "are you a client of ours" it was more like a Monty Python sketch than speaking to a lawyers firm! Then in a very sarcastic tone she suddenly said "bye, bye" and hung up on me. If you check this companies responses to any review they don't like, they always use the "we have checked our records and can find you as a client" as their get out of jail card. Well I'm not a client. I'm an administrator! so that response isn't going to work this time. If you have come here to read these reviews its because you are considering using this company......DON'T. At the end of the day, there's a ton of great companies doing what these guys are trying to do. Make life easier for yourself and simply go somewhere else where you will get a professional service. This sure isn't the place!

If there was a quarter star I would use it. Very unprofessional and incompetant team. My partner was appointed these people through legal aid. They didnt even bother to read the file or understand the case. Made us feel as if they were working for the other side and didnt care what my partner wanted, overall feeling they couldnt be bothered negotiating or helping us at all. They even stuffed up the court order and when we confronted them they had the audacity to say that's what you agreed on.
