Check out this guy below, whose ex has initiated mediation proceedings and he demands to know what she is seeking prior to the mediation session or even intake appointment. Has all the trademarks of a domestic violence case, even blaming the centre for making men (or women) angry because they won't release this information prior to the session. Sounds like his ex has done the right thing by going through the official and safe avenues to sort out the issues at hand with her abusive ex and MFRC are ensuring she is kept safe throughout the process and her privacy is ensured.

They won't tell men the issue their ex has with them claiming it's a privacy thing, so I asked them have you called the wrong person or are you not 100% sure you've called the right person. they told me I could get a lawyer so I said: and what should I tell a lawyer? Should I say you won't tell me what the issue is??? Logic tells me that before anyone rushes to meet mediators of any kind we all need to know the particulars from them on the phone then we can decide whether or not to contact a lawyer or legal aid instead of meeting the mediators. Also as a moral thing alone telling the man or woman "doesn't matter'' all the particulars on the phone, could avoid arguments at mediation because no one would be surprised at the mediation meeting room. In America a lawyer could actually call this entrapment or a rous to trick the other party into acting in a fashion not deemed savery by polite society. Is the FRC's agenda to bait men or women into getting angry? If so that is very unfair.
