2 places didn't want to help me with my computer issue and this is the only place that did with helpful and honest staff. This is probably the only place I'd go back too. Repair time was slightly slow but worth the wait.

My PC motherboard died and I needed it up and running quickly. A new PC would mean having to install and configure Linux and Windows, which would have taken a long time and a lot of effort. Phil managed to find a compatible secondhand motherboard and I was up and running in a couple of days. The pricing was excellent and the communication fantastic. I thoroughly recommend ComWiz as an honest and ethical repair shop.

I've been dealing with Comwiz since they first opened in Morrison Rd Midvale (quite a few computers ago) and have always found the service great with reasonable prices. However a couple of years ago I upgraded my PC and had nothing but trouble with it, resulting in more than a few phone calls and trips to the shop. Lawrence West then did the unthinkable. They REPLACED it with no charge, no fuss!!! I would like to see any other retailer better that. No only that, in the past two years Lawrence when my Microsoft 365 subscription was due for renewal . he has contacted me and asked if I'd like him to pay the subscription for me (my money of course:-) )Service and follow-up is great and this also includes in home service I needed. Thanks again to Lawrence and the team.
