Great Service provided by Jessie during the week when we called in late on the day due to a engine warning light coming on the display of our CX 5, when travelling in the region. Jessie checked the car computer log found the relevant error causing the problem, found the spare part most likely needed and described the service action needed to replace the part. As it turned out, We were able continue driving home. Part was fitted next day at a dealer closer to home. I appreciated Jessie’s willingness to help out at short notice. Some great country service. Thanks Jessie

My family purchased a CX5 earlier in the year through Ben from Mid North Motor Co. and found the company, and Ben, to be nothing short of outstanding. The service we received throughout the entire process and indeed even afterwards was hands down the best I have experienced purchasing a car. I'd have absolutely no hesitation either recommending them or dealing with them again in the future!

Following major issues with this dealership in which they loaned us a car that had no working handbrake, no seat mounts (a rocking chair would be a better seat) as well as a whole range of other issues ie windscreen wipers randomly turning on, and a range of other concerning noises coming from the engine, wheels and exhaust. requests for a safe and appropriate car for transporting four small children in, fell on deaf ears with the manager walking away from my husband and I mid conversation. I felt like I had no other option but to take the car to the police to have a roadworthy done on the car, which it failed and received a major defect notice. The manager then proceeded to contact my husband and was abusive and aggressive while also making open ended threats towards myself (notifications have been made to the Police). A lengthy complaint process was undertaken with Holden Customer Care who at the end of the day showed that they did not care about the situation and refused to apologise or distance themselves from the dealership. After this whole issue, with no resolution and no ability to ever work with such a company again, my husband and I took the option of selling our car and purchasing a new car away from this dealership and brand in general. In this process, we cancelled our extended warranty which we were assured would be paid within 10 working days. Following the 10 working days and no money being seen, we have had to spend more time in following up on this payment, which Mid North Holden clearly don't want to pay. I would recommend anyone looking for a car stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I would give them a negative star rating if I could.
