I can highly recommend Carpet Court, Ann provided great customer service nothing was too much trouble and the tradesmen did an excellent job, a 5 star rating is not enough.
Had carpets installed for the sale of my property at 12 Mast Ave Seaford Meadows couple years back. The sales rep was fine and seemed helpful. The problem was the installer. As a fifo worker, i gave access while i was away to install and job was completed. In the process of packing, a couple months later, i noticed jewellery, my daughter’s money box with 300 in it and other items was missing. They were the only ones who had been inside over that period. As I hadn’t been home and didn’t notice this until a couple months after, I couldn’t really report it. Not sure if the same guys are working there but watch your gear.
March 2019 - Spent 8k on new flooring with carpet court Noarlunga. August 2020 - I need to finish the remainder of the house flooring. Despite repeated phone calls and emails Dean and his team did not even bother to respond, truly appalling customer service. If you’re thinking about Carpet Court my advice would be to go to Solomon’s flooring, a company that actually seems to care about its customers! To carpet court I would say you might be busy enough right now to be able to ignore loyal customers but sooner or later this approach is going to bite you on the arse. Good luck.

If your looking for affordable quality flooring I would highly recommend these guys.We had Scott and Dario ( the second name probably isn’t spelt right ) lay our carpets and they are absolute legends,they are both really approachable and genuine guys who do an awesome job.We actually had two separate carpet jobs done and when Dean came and quoted us the second time we specifically asked for Scott and Dario to come back.They definitely deserve more than a 5 star rating
